Get your campaign up and running in just a few clicks

Kickstart your CTV advertising in a matter of minutes. Here's how to get your campaign up and running:

  1. Click on Create New Campaign on your Skybeam dashboard.

  2. Enter your campaign name (e.g., "Your Pizzeria Chain's First Campaign").

  3. Select your Advertiser from the dropdown menu or create a new one. This crucial step helps keep your campaigns organized, especially if you're managing multiple brands or clients.

  4. Choose a campaign objective: Awareness or Retargeting. Awareness helps share your ads with as many people as possible, while Retargeting aims to re-engage viewers who have previously interacted with your brand.

  5. Select your budget strategy: Daily for consistent spending or Lifetime for campaign-wide allocation. When inputting your amount, remember Skybeam's base requirements:

    • Daily option: Minimum $50 per day for steady ad delivery

    • Lifetime option: At least $500 total to maintain visibility throughout your campaign

    Choose the approach that best fits your advertising goals and enter a budget that ensures your message reaches viewers effectively over your chosen timeframe.

    Note: For campaigns with a Retargeting objective, you can only use a Lifetime budget strategy.

  6. Set the Frequency of your ad delivery.

  7. Enter your campaign Start and End dates. The Skybeam allows you to set specific times and select your time zone.

  8. Click on Save and Continue.

Create your first Targeting Group

Great job setting up your campaign! Now it's time to create your first Targeting Group.

Each Targeting Group is essentially an ad set within your campaign. You can create one or multiple groups to test different audience segments, creative approaches, or budget allocations.

  1. Name your Targeting Group (e.g., "Friday Movie Night").

  2. Set the Targeting Group Budget (if different from the campaign budget).

  3. Define your Audience.

  4. Choose your Inventory from available streaming providers (e.g., NBC, Hulu, Vizio WatchFree)

  5. Upload your Ad Creative.

  6. Click Save and Review Campaign to finalize your campaign creation process.

Note: Remember, you can create multiple Targeting Groups to refine your campaign strategy. Use the Add group button to create additional groups as needed.

Review Campaign Summary

  1. Review your campaign details.

  2. Check your Target group(s).

  3. When you are satisfied with all the details, click the Submit Campaign.

Note (!): You need to have a payment method set up to be able to submit a campaign.

Great job! Your Skybeam campaign is now ready to light up screens across the CTV landscape. Get ready to see your ads in action!
