Streamline your Skybeam experience with quick and simple payment configuration

At Skybeam, we believe in transparent pricing. The budget you set for your campaigns is exactly what you'll be charged - no hidden fees, no extra charges.

Payment Methods

Skybeam offers two convenient ways to fund your account:

  1. Credit Card

  2. ACH Payments

Once you submit a campaign, your account will be billed using the saved payment method or by entering new payment details, for the total budget of the campaign before the campaign goes live

Adding a Credit Card

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Skybeam dashboard

  2. Select Billing from the left sidebar

  3. In the form Add New Payment Card, enter the card details: Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, Country

  4. Click Save Payment Method

  5. You can also set specific payment methods as default for campaigns

What Happens

Streaming TV

On campaign start date

Automatic charge ensures uninterrupted campaign launch

Traditional TV

After creative review (before start date)

Payment must be processed successfully for the campaign to start

Payment Failure Protocol

If a payment fails for Streaming TV campaign:

  • Active campaigns are temporarily put On Hold

  • Skybeam attempts to process the payment again

  • You will be notified to update the payment information attached to your account

  • Campaigns resume automatically once payment is successful

If a payment fails for Traditional TV campaign:

  • Campaigns are temporarily put on hold

  • If payment is not provided on time, you will need to change the campaign start date.
