Web traffic attribution involves tracking and analyzing the impact of Skybeam ad campaigns on website visits. This attribution provides advertisers with insights into campaign effectiveness by showing how many viewers were prompted to visit your site after seeing a Skybeam CTV ad.

Skybeam measures your web traffic data using the Skybeam Pixel. Once installed, the pixel enables us to track and report on attribution, giving you a clear view of your campaign's influence on site engagement.

How Does Skybeam Measure Attribution?

  1. Ad Campaign Launch: Your campaign begins, and your target audience views your advertisement.

  2. Website Visits: Viewers are driven to visit your website to learn more about your business or make a purchase.

  3. Pixel Tracking: As visitors arrive on your website, the Skybeam Pixel activates, capturing each visit and user action.

  4. Attribution Mapping: The Skybeam Attribution Engine associates user IPs who viewed your ad and later visited your website within the 7-day attribution window.

  5. Attribution Reporting: Each attributed visit is recorded as a Web Traffic Attribution and is reporting on in the Skybeam Attribution Report
