Web traffic attribution involves tracking and analyzing the impact of Skybeam ad campaigns on consumer actions. This attribution gives advertisers insights into campaign influence on key outcomes such as website visits, app installs, and in-store purchases after ads run on TV via Skybeam.

Skybeam measures your web traffic data using the Skybeam Pixel. Once installed, the pixel enables us to track and report on attribution, giving you a clear view of your campaign's influence on site engagement.

How Does Skybeam Measure Attribution?

  1. Ad Campaign Launch: Your campaign begins, and your target audience views your advertisement.

  2. Website Visits: Viewers are driven to visit your website to learn more about your business or make a purchase.

  3. Pixel Data Collection: As visitors arrive on your website, the Skybeam Pixel fires, capturing each visit and user action.

  4. Attribution Measurement: The Skybeam Attribution Engine identifies the user IPs who viewed your ad and later visited your website within the predefined attribution window.

  5. Attribution Reporting: Each attributed action is recorded as a Web Traffic Attribution and is reported on in the Skybeam Reporting dashboard.
