Payment Methods
Skybeam offers two convenient ways to fund your account:
Credit Card
ACH Payments
Once you submit a campaign, your account will be billed using the saved payment method or by entering new payment details, for the total budget of the campaign before the campaign goes live.
Adding a Credit Card
Navigate to Settings in your Skybeam dashboard
Select Payment from the left sidebar
Click Add New Payment Card
Enter the card details: card number, Expiration date, Security Code, and Country
Click Save Payment Method
Automatic Payments
When using a credit card, charges occur automatically based on your campaign's start date. This ensures uninterrupted campaign performance.
Payment Failure Protocol
If a payment fails:
Active campaigns are temporarily paused
Skybeam attempts to process the payment again
You will be notified to update the payment information attached to your account
Campaigns resume automatically once payment is successful
