At Skybeam, we believe in transparent pricing. The budget you set for your campaigns is exactly what you'll be charged - no hidden fees, no extra charges.

Payment Methods

Skybeam offers two convenient ways to fund your account:

  1. Credit Card

  2. ACH Payments

Once you submit a campaign, your account will be billed using the saved payment method or by entering new payment details, for the total budget of the campaign before the campaign goes live.

Adding a Credit Card

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Skybeam dashboard

  2. Select Payment from the left sidebar

  3. Click Add New Payment Card

  4. Enter the card details: card number, Expiration date, Security Code, and Country

  5. Click Save Payment Method

Automatic Payments

When using a credit card, charges occur automatically based on your campaign's start date. This ensures uninterrupted campaign performance.

Payment Failure Protocol

If a payment fails:

  • Active campaigns are temporarily paused

  • Skybeam attempts to process the payment again

  • You will be notified to update the payment information attached to your account

  • Campaigns resume automatically once payment is successful
