At Skybeam, we prioritize quality and compliance for all advertisements. Our team carefully reviews each video submission to maintain the high standards our viewers expect. While we strive for efficiency, please allow up to 24 hours for the review process. This thorough approach ensures that your ad not only meets our technical specifications but also aligns with our content guidelines.

To help expedite the review process and increase the likelihood of approval, please adhere to the following specifications:

Technical Requirements

  1. Video Track:

    • Bit Depth: 8 or 16 bits

    • Bit Rate: 10 Mbps - 40 Mbps

    • Chroma Sub-Sampling: 4:2:0 or 4:2:2

    • Codec: Preferably Apple ProRes 422 HQ, H.264 also accepted

    • Color Space: YUV

    • Dimensions: 1920x1080 preferred, 1280x720 accepted

    • Frame Rate: 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, or 30 fps (constant)

    • Scan Type: Progressive

  2. Audio Channels:

    • Bit Depth: 16 or 24 bits

    • Bit Rate: 192-256 Kbps

    • Channels: 2-channel stereo

    • Format: PCM, AAC

    • Sampling Rate: 48.0 kHz

  3. General Specifications:

    • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (mandatory)

    • Duration: 15 or 30 seconds

    • File Extension: .mov or .mp4

    • File Size: Maximum 500 MB

    • Format: QuickTime, MOV, or MPEG-4

Best Practices

  • Ensure your ad is in high definition (HD) with stereo sound for optimal viewing on large screens.

  • Maintain a constant frame rate throughout the video.

  • If using non-16:9 content, add black bars within the 16:9 frame rather than letterboxing or pillarboxing.

  • Match audio duration precisely to video duration.
